Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Conduct CV screenings and phone interviews, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent across the EMEA Region.
- Participate in Talent Meetings, where your ideas and insights will help shape our recruitment efforts.
- Gain invaluable insights into the dynamic world of Talent Acquisition and HR, setting the stage for a rewarding career path.
Qualifications
What about you?
- Proficient in English.
- Any other European languages will be considered as a plus (preferably German).
- Research skills and asking insightful questions.
- Effective multitasker with strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver committed to finding solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and eager to learn more.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Psychology, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
