At Palpable Jobs, we're building the emerging standard for transparency in entry-level hiring. Our approach combines a friendly, straightforward process with the rigour of a certification. The result is a credible Palpable Score that lets you showcase how you hire, support, and pay early-career talent.

Here’s how the process works, step by step, with an emphasis on trust, integrity, and clarity at every stage:
Step 0: List your entry-level jobs
Post your entry-level jobs on Palpable and reach students and graduates actively searching for their first roles.

Jobs appear alongside employer insights, helping candidates understand your role and your hiring approach before they apply.
Step 1: Select Your Plan & Get a Baseline Palpable Score
Getting started is simple.

Sign up and choose the plan that suits you – either request a one-off Palpable Score or join our monthly Employer Insights subscription. The one-off option is a quick, single-payment route to obtain your baseline profile and Palpable Score.

Prefer ongoing insights? Our subscription plan lets you continuously update your data month by month, so you can refine your score over time. Whichever path you choose, Palpable gives you a clear snapshot of how your organization fares in entry-level hiring practices, right from the start.
Step 2: Submit Your Data and Undergo Verification
Next, share key details about your entry-level talent practices – how you recruit, how you support new hires’ growth, and how you structure pay for junior roles. This is where Palpable’s commitment to integrity and rigour shines.

Our AI agents, trained specifically on entry-level hiring data, will analyse your submissions in detail. Then, our team of human expert analysts reviews and quality-checks the findings. We verify your data thoroughly to ensure your Palpable Score is accurate, credible, and fair.

Step 3: Publish Your Profile & Showcase Your Commitment
Once verified, your Palpable Score and company profile go live on our platform for all to see. You’ll receive a public Palpable profile that details your score (out of 100) and highlights how you invest in entry-level talent.

Your organisation is then featured on Palpable’s leaderboard, which ranks employers based on their scores. This public ranking isn’t about competition for its own sake – it’s about recognition.
