Au cours d'une année civile, vous pouvez soumettre votre candidature à un maximum de trois offres.

Rothschild & Cie recherche pour son équipe Transaction R & Co un(e) étudiant(e) disponible pour un stage de six mois à partir de juillet/septembre 2026. Il/ elle sera amené(e) à travailler sur des projets de fusions-acquisitions "mid caps".

Mission :

Modélisation financière / Valorisation

Participation aux efforts d'origination (rédaction de présentations, analyse stratégique du prospect)

Participation à l'exécution des mandats (rédaction d'infomemo, organisation de datarooms, relation avec les clients, suivi des investisseurs, analyse des offres, etc.)

Profil :

Vous êtes étudiant(e) de deuxième ou troisième année d'une Ecole de Commerce
ou d'Ingénieurs.

Vous disposez de fortes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi que de solides connaissances financières. Vous êtes rigoureux, dynamique, autonome et curieux.

Langue : anglais courant

Logiciels : Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, Word et de PowerPoint
