Responsibilities

The intern will report to the Head of Sustainability within Five Arrows and will assist with the following tasks:

Completing and analyzing ESG questionnaires sent by investors.
Coordinating the annual ESG reporting campaign via a dedicated tool, controlling and managing the data collected from portfolio companies.
Contributing to the development of internal ESG tools.
Collaborating with the team on the creation of our annual ESG report and ESG policies.
Writing deliverables on various topics (thematic research, conference summaries, peer benchmarks, etc.).
Contributing to tracking operational ESG performance and within our portfolio companies (carbon footprint, percentage of women in investment teams, monitoring action plans, etc.).
Producing a monthly newsletter sent to all Five Arrows teams summarizing regulatory updates, market news, and the latest developments from the ESG team.

Profile

Student at a prestigious engineering school, business school, or university.
Rigorous, dynamic, curious, with a sense of initiative and ability to work independently. High attention to detail and respect for deadlines are required.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills required.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken, given the highly international nature of the investments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
A first experience in ESG within private equity and finance is appreciated.
