Responsibilities

- Designing AI-driven features for workforce and quality management using advanced language models.
- Developing and fine-tuning prompts and models for conversational and decision-support use cases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows.
- Prototyping and evaluating generative AI applications, including simulations and intelligent notifications.
- Contributing to model evaluation frameworks to improve AI accuracy and user experience.
- Assisting in the orchestration of AI workflows for production-scale environments.

- Demonstrate programming skills in Python, Go, or Java.
- Pursue a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a relevant field at an advanced educational level.

- Utilize frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills.
