About the company

StoneX

Company overview
StoneX Group Inc. is a global financial services firm that connects commercial, institutional, payments, and retail clients to markets. The company offers clearing and execution across asset classes, plus trading, risk management, and market access services. StoneX operates across multiple business segments and positions the work as a blend of finance and technology. StoneX is publicly listed (SNEX) and markets the business as a large, multi-location network with offices across continents.

Locations and presence

StoneX lists a global headquarters in New York and describes operating from 70+ offices across six continents. StoneX uses a hybrid setup for at least some early-career roles, with internship materials describing regular in-office days alongside work-from-home flexibility.

Palpable Score

74.5
/ 100
StoneX is one of the clearer finance employers for graduates because StoneX publishes a dedicated Early Careers pathway, runs internships and a new grad program, and puts mentorship and training front-and-centre. The main cap on the score is hiring transparency, where applicants often rely on third-party interview reports to understand stages, tests, and timing. Early-career outcomes look mixed by team: there are credible progression stories, but public reviews also mention uneven advancement and workload pockets.
