Palpable Score

75.2
/ 100
FactSet offers multiple real entry points for graduates through recurring internships and structured early-career roles, backed by unusually detailed learning investment at scale. The hiring experience looks structured on paper, but candidate feedback is mixed on closure and feedback, which pulls the score down. Pay and benefits look stable and market-aligned in many locations, with better transparency in some regions than others.
