・Operation Planning: Create and execute operational plans from demand requests received from the business unit through to FabOut.

・Contractor Management: Recruitment and allocation; negotiations with staffing agencies.

・Cost Management: Budget control and budget application.
・Talent Development: Training and development of personnel.

・Daily Operation Control: Oversight of daily manufacturing operations.

・Global Project Lead: Leadership of global initiatives and projects.

・Audit Response: Handling and responding to audit requirements.
