Your Role

1. Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events.

2. Assist in planning and delivering webinars, conferences an event logistics, from planning to reporting.

3. Own smaller marketing projects with clear deliverables and timelines.

4. Help create and schedule social media posts and email communications.

5. Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and channel partners to deliver marketing assets.

6. Help manage campaign tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel and internal tools.

7. Provide administrative support for marketing activities and documentation.

8. Participate in team meetings, events, and fun activities to build team spirit and connection.

What You Will Bring

1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not essential) or 1 year of experience in marketing (agency, internship, or freelance projects).

2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Motivated, high-energy, and flexible mindset—able to adapt and comfortable working with different stakeholders including channel partners.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

6. Passion for marketing and a desire to grow in tech space.

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

8. Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.

Nice to Have

1. Prior exposure to partner, channel marketing or agency collaboration.

2. Basic knowledge of email marketing or event coordination.

3. Creative skills such as photography, video editing, or design.

4. Interest in campaign performance analysis and reporting.

5. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), or project management tools (e.g., Asana).

Work arrangement

This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
