You’ll support the development of a Global Trade Playbook or a Clinical Trials Playbook, both designed to enhance collaboration and compliance across Amgen’s global network.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

Depending on your assignment, you may:

• Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive Global Trade or Clinical Trials Playbook.
• Map and document global import/export flows and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Analyze trade and customs data to support decision-making.
• Identify automation opportunities and integrate tools like CoPilot, ChatGPT, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Miro.
• Collaborate with international teams to align processes and improve communication.
• Assist in project planning and implementation, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Profile:

‍

• Final or pre-final year student (Bachelor/Master), preferably in:
  • Customs & Supply Chain Compliance
  • International Business & Trade
  • Supply Chain Innovation
  • Indirect Tax or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
