Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Analyze client needs regarding time management and scheduling.
- Recommend optimal solutions tailored to the client’s business context.
- Propose a work plan to the client.
- Perform the required configuration in the application.
- Ensure the integrity of the client’s file throughout the implementation process.
- Coordinate and carry out the necessary quality control for file delivery.
- Train clients on our various solutions.
- Assist clients in using these new solutions.
- Document the specific details of the client’s file.
- Conduct rigorous follow-up on ongoing and post-implementation projects.
- Travel to the client’s site when required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in time management.
- Knowledge of scheduling and time management solutions (timesheets, time tracking).
- Experience in an IT office environment.
- Proficiency with modern communication tools.
- Knowledge of the payroll preparation cycle (an asset).
- Relevant experience in business implementation projects (an asset).
- In-depth knowledge of various payroll applications (an asset).
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and planning skills.
- Good priority management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with office tools.
- Excellent command of French.
