Programme Description

Fixed start of the internship: 1 October 2026

Fixed end of the internship: 31 December 2026

Our Global Markets Solutions (GMS) Team, which is part of our Global Advisory practice, provides independent advice on a wide range of areas, including Equity Advisory, Private Capital and much more.

As a member of our GMS team, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, pre-IPO financings and minorities. Additionally, you will gain exposure to multi-track IPO and M&A exit processes, capital raisings, monetisations and dribble-outs, growth equity as well as general strategic advice.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a keen interest in Equity Capital Markets and Private Fundraisings. If you have a passion for the financial industry and a desire to learn and grow in these areas, we would love to hear from you.

Fluency in German and English is essential.
