Overview
This position is both hands-on and project-based. We are seeking an ideal candidate for working on improving the Engineering Change process thru optimization and automation. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in communication and critical thinking. About the Team:
This role is associated with the Engineering Change team, which plays a crucial role in ensuring Engineering Data is processed correctly and efficiently with the highest level of quality. This team is a crucial cog in the operations of the company and has continuous improvement as one of its key tenets.
Responsibilities
As an intern, you will collaborate with the Engineering Change team to plan and execute project deliverables as follows:
1. To work with a cross functional teams to gain insights and identify opportunities for process or automation improvements in the Engineering Change process
2. To develop and implement process or automation improvements
Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing current processes to identify optimal execution strategies.
Assisting seniors in their duties.
Maintaining a positive and teachable attitude throughout the internship
Qualifications
University-level coursework or comparable qualification.
Disciplined and customer oriented
Punctuality and attentiveness
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time
