Brookfield offers real entry points for students through named student programs and a steady stream of internships across business groups, with mentorship and development described in multiple places. Hiring transparency is the main limitation because Brookfield does not publish a consistent, candidate-facing breakdown of stages, timelines, and feedback expectations across programs. Pay information appears for some early-career roles via posted hourly ranges, but coverage is uneven across locations and teams.
