The R&D department plans the sustainable product and technology road map for Europe and works on developing advanced, full electric vehicles series, which fulfill current and future European private transportation market needs. By cooperating with European leading suppliers, the R&D department continuously upgrades design and engineering abilities for excellent product performance and quality.
As R&D Engineer, you will do research, analysis and evaluation of E-mobility products, user experience and usability of both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. You will use these research insights for the product development and iteration, working closely together with product, design and engineering teams.
Your main responsibility is:
- Formulate and manage the testing scheme and plan of Powertrain system products;
- Complete the assigned test tasks and follow up the test process, including but not limited to task decomposition, document review, report preparation, customer communication, etc.
- Be responsible for the pre-installation and commissioning of test products, and the operation of related test benches;
- Be responsible for problem discovery, analysis and feedback during the test, and record the test results;
- Promote the risk assessment of product problems and develop improved validation protocols;
- Be responsible for the construction of laboratory system and the training of testing ability of testers.
Your personal information:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering;
- Familiar with the basic principles of automobile structure and understand the composition and function of Powertrain system;
- Proficient in WORD, EXCEL and other office software, can output test reports;
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, good sense of teamwork;
- Good English skills, can read English documents, oral English communication skills are preferred.
