‍Responsibilities‍

Apprentices Rising at Keysight (ARK) is a career pathway for aspiring Electronics and Manufacturing Technicians. The ARK apprenticeship program is a rigorous 36-month paid apprenticeship with a mission to train, develop, and recruit rising technical talent in the North Bay. Apprentices are exposed to an environment where they can learn new skills, work on cutting-edge products, and get real-time feedback.

Apprentices join the program as Interns and participate in external coursework at Santa Rosa Junior College, on the job training at Keysight, and personalized mentorship. The company pays for tuition, books, and time to attend classes and trainings.

The program involves:

ARK Interns may be eligible to apply for permanent positions after completion of the ARK Program. Participation in the ARK program as an Intern does not guarantee a permanent job offer at Keysight.
