‍Responsibilities‍

Put your experience to work as an Application Engineer in the dynamic and challenging environment of Keysight's Technical & Application Support Center. As a member of a world-class team you will assist Keysight's customers by providing timely and effective technical support towards resolving technical problems of varied scope and complexity. The position requires a strong customer focus, solid communication skills, technical competence, and an ability to adapt to new technologies.

‍Qualifications‍

Successful candidates will possess all or most of the following skills:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 1-3 years of applicable experience as a test engineer, design engineer, application engineer (will consider recent university graduate with applicable studies/internships).
• Experience using bench top electronic test instruments such as: function generators, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, network analyzers.
• Self-motivated to investigate and learn Keysight products and the applications they are used in.
• Clear written and verbal communications; able to explain technical concepts and subjects over the phone and through email.
• Ability to effectively interface with customers; experience in technical sales and/or customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in assisting multiple customers every day providing product and application support.
• Possess a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
• Programming skills such as: C#, .NET, C++, VB, Python, LabView or VEE Pro, will be an advantage.
