In this role, the candidate will be assisting with the development and maintenance of Product Configuration applications (e.g., Logik.AI), ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems, and optimizing the configuration and pricing processes. Knowledge Engineers (KEs) collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Order Fulfillment, and Order Management to design ERP product structures and configurations for new product/option introductions with selectable features and pricing. KEs are responsible for automating the generation of accurate product quotes and orders for customers quickly and efficiently, improving quote and sales efficiency. KEs ensure that product configuration complexity is hidden using logical rules to display only relevant product selections and feature information in compliance with product specifications and Keysight Standards, guiding Keysight customers, sales representatives, and field engineers through product selection and configuration.
In the KE Team we also develop applied solutions for streamlining & modernizing digitized processes within Technology Order Fulfillment (TOF), replacing manual processes with innovative informatics and software solutions to increase configuration and operations productivity.
