As our AI-Integrated Search Specialist at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence for AI-driven search technologies. Working closely with product, content, and search engine teams, your primary responsibility will be to enhance content and site structure for AI Overviews and chat-based search, ensuring high-E-E-A-T signals (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust) are built and maintained. You will also develop content and schema strategies for AI discovery engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and track zero-click metrics and conversational query impacts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Digital Experience team and requires expertise in AI-driven search optimization and integration.

- Optimize content and site structure for AI Overviews and chat-based search.
- Develop content and schema strategies for AI discovery engines.
- Partner with product/content/stakeholders to build high-E-E-A-T signals.
- Track and interpret zero-click metrics and conversational query impact.
- Pilot voice search, conversational UX, or structured data experiments.
- Integrate learnings into both SEO and paid search campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to enhance AI-driven search strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content and search elements.
- Monitor and manage AI-driven search performance to ensure optimal results.
- Create comprehensive reports, including key metrics, performance analysis, and actionable insights.

- 3+ Years in AI-driven search optimization or related field.
- Strong project management skills and rapid response rate.
- Must have knowledge in AI discovery engines and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in optimizing content and SEO audit.
- Knowledge in Google My Business Review, Screaming Frog, HTML, SoCi and/ or Bird Eye.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to self-manage multiple projects.
- Flexibility to meet with global stakeholders.
- Multilingual site experience is a plus.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
