Main missions

Under the supervision of the Assistant CFO and the team's Fund Controllers, you will provide operational support in the following areas:

Administrative and organizational support:

Receiving, sorting and archiving mail and official documents
Tracking and processing invoices in the payment tool
Organization and monitoring of the document signing process
Contribution to exchanges with external service providers (suppliers, auditors, authorities, etc.)

Assistance with financial management and monitoring of operations:

Support for monitoring payments, available funds, and bank reconciliations
Transmission of accounting documents to the service provider in charge of accounting and taxation
Verification and documentation of financial flows

Desired profile

‍

Training:

Student in accounting, finance, management or administration (Bac +2 to Bac +5), business school or university.

‍

Technical skills:

Good command of Excel and office software
Basic knowledge of accounting or corporate finance is appreciated.
