Whatโ€™s The Role?

Are you passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology? If so, consider joining the Bloomberg Customer Support (BCS) team - a vital part of our User Support business. In this role, youโ€™ll be supporting the worldโ€™s leading financial professionals by helping them gaining access to the Bloombergโ€™s powerful tools and data, enabling them to make critical decisions in real time.

As an intern, you will work on projects to analyze sophisticated processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance internal workflows and improve the overall efficiency of the Bloomberg Customer Support team. You will gain first insight into how we provide exceptional customer service to a broad range of clients, while ensuring timely and effective management of client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

Additionally, you will undertake specific tasks which can include: providing outstanding customer service to our clients via the internal ticketing system, phone call, e-mail or live chat; identifying, investigating, and resolving customer issues using proprietary company software; and providing login support and connecting our clients to the various Bloomberg products and platforms they subscribe to. You will work alongside our global team of over 500 professionals, supporting our clients collectively in more than 15 languages.

Successful interns may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent full time role in Bloomberg Customer Support team when they graduate in the following year.
