As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that enable our commercial teams to operate efficiently and deliver value to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations
- Ensure compliance with best practices in coding, security, and data management
What We’re Looking For:
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, and Data Model design
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security features and best practices
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Good to have: Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
