As a Junior Payments Specialist, you will develop mastery in the purchasing processes and maintain relationship with selected key suppliers, clients, or internal users.
💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 9.200 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth. In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolving day to day invoicing issues using tactical systems and purchasing tools;
- Prefiltering invoices before posting in order to ensure right first time processing;
- Monitoring invoice statuses, providing support to ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies in coordination with other organizations;
- Acting as first level of support to internal customers/users for all payments matters, including technical issues (after user self-service);
- Partnering with business users for implementation of process changes and improvements;
- Establishing and maintaining effective relations with suppliers, users, or sourcing buyers;

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate or in progress
- Very good English skills;
- Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines;
- Strong time management and collaboration skills;
- Understanding of accounts payable (invoicing) principles and processes would be a plus;
