The Human Resources Intern will gain exposure to Learning and Development, Org Development, Inclusion, and Employee Engagement initiatives in Southeast Asia (SEA).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of Employee Engagement Activities in SEA
- Assist in the planning and execution of Learning and Development, Org Development and Inclusion activities in SEA
- Assist in special projects across Organisational & Talent Solutions (OTS)
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January/February to June/July 2026

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Passion for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel brands
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams in HR
- Adopts a inquisitive approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
- Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
