As an Engineer I in the PAS AppOps team, you will provide essential operational and technical support for CI business applications and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to offer Application Front Line Support to commodity insights business partners for Application support issues and requests that arise during business hours related to the use of these applications. You will follow standard operating procedures for all incidents and service requests received through the helpdesk. Additionally, you will proactively monitor applications, respond to alerts, and provide periodic health check reports to the business.
Our team operates 24/7, which may require you to work during APAC, EMEA, or AMER hours, including weekend support on a rotational shift basis (5 days a week). Work hours may vary based on business needs.
