We are creating a new capability in EMEA to accelerate technical presales efficiency through AI augmented workflows. The AI Solutions Architect will design, prototype and implement AI driven agents and automation components to support technical presales activities across the region. This role requires both strong AI engineering skills and a solid understanding of infrastructure solutioning environments.

What You Will Focus On
- Define the AI architecture and roadmap for presales support workflows
- Build agentic systems that automate repetitive technical tasks such as requirement extraction, configuration checks or documentation support
- Develop prototypes, data pipelines, retrieval layers and automation scripts to enable AI reasoning at scale
- Integrate AI components with existing enterprise tools and presales systems
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities where AI brings measurable impact
- Translate business needs from technical specialists into actionable AI designs
- Create metrics and monitoring for agent performance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with technical experts, engineering teams and EMEA leadership to scale adoption
- Train internal teams on AI best practices and support change management

What We Are Looking For
- 1β3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with practical exposure to applying AI and automation to improve real business workflows
- Practical experience working with LLM-based solutions, such as prompt engineering, basic agent patterns, or retrieval-based QA (RAG), with a clear focus on implementation and iteration rather than model development
- Strong Python skills and experience integrating applications via APIs; ability to work with web services and backend components
- Experience working with structured and unstructured technical content, such as documentation, knowledge bases, or product data, and using it to support automation or decision-making
- Familiarity with enterprise environments, including authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, role-based access), basic logging, and operational considerations
- Ability to translate ambiguous business or technical processes into structured workflows suitable for automation
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across markets, cultures, and functions
Preferred
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT and datacenter solutions (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, HCI/cloud), sufficient to work with presales workflows and technical validation logic, is considered a strong advantage
- Exposure to multi-language or translation workflows, including human-in-the-loop review for quality and risk management
- Experience implementing basic monitoring, metrics, or dashboards to track usage, performance, or service quality
- Experience integrating AI or automation into presales, configuration tools, or technical support workflows
