Description

We’re looking for a Brand Collaborations Success Specialist to manage brand-sponsored creator campaigns end-to-end.

You will step in after the deal is signed and own the brand–creator collaboration through to final reporting. You’ll set campaigns up for success by managing creator negotiations and contracting, briefing and deliverables, content approvals, and performance analysis. You’ll also coordinate content amplification through paid social (where applicable) and Amazon Ads to maximize impact.

You are the operational and strategic backbone of our campaigns—ensuring everything runs smoothly, is on brand, and delivers against agreed objectives.

Campaign setup & creator management:
• Source and vet relevant influencers that fit campaign needs and briefs, ensuring alignment with brand, audience, and objectives.
• Manage creator outreach and onboarding, including communication, deliverable tracking, timelines, and logistics.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and fees with creators (via email and phone) and handle creator contracting in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable campaign briefs that translate brand goals, messaging, and guardrails into creator-friendly guidance.

Brand safety, guidelines & compliance:
• Ensure creators adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards across all content.
• Monitor content for compliance requirements (e.g., FTC/ASA disclosures, platform policies, internal standards) and work with creators to make updates if needed.
• Flag any potential brand or reputational risks early and coordinate with internal stakeholders on mitigation.

Execution, tracking & optimization:
• Track creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure all campaign elements go live as planned.
• Monitor performance (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sales where available), using internal and external tools.
• Partner with analytics and internal teams to optimize in-flight campaigns where possible (e.g., adjusting creator mix, creative direction, boosting strategy).

Reporting & insights:
• Compile and interpret campaign reports for advertisers, including performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Translate data into clear, narrative-ready summaries that demonstrate impact on brand and business outcomes (e.g., discovery, consideration, sales).
• Feed learnings back into internal playbooks to improve future briefing, creator selection, and amplification strategies.

Content amplification & paid media:
• Coordinate content amplification (boosting) of creator posts through Paid Social and repurposing content for use with Amazon Ads.
• Work with internal media teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and that boosted content runs as planned.
• Monitor amplification performance and incorporate results into final reporting and recommendations.

Relationship building & ecosystem health:
• Build long-term relationships with creators and their management teams, becoming a trusted point of contact for collaboration and campaign execution.
• Maintain an evolving bench of high-performing, brand-safe creators across key verticals and markets.
• Provide feedback to creators and managers to improve collaboration quality over time (e.g., best practices, performance insights).

If you love turning signed deals into standout creator campaigns—and thrive at the intersection of operations, relationships, and performance—this role is for you.

About the company

Amazon

Company overview
Amazon runs a wide set of consumer and enterprise businesses, including online retail, Prime Video and other subscription services, advertising, devices, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Amazon also builds large-scale software and infrastructure for logistics, payments, and cloud computing, and hires across engineering, product, operations, corporate functions, and frontline roles. Amazon’s early-career hiring spans both office-based teams and operational sites, which means “entry-level” can look very different depending on the org.

Locations and presence

Amazon has major corporate hubs in Seattle and Arlington (HQ2) plus large engineering and operations sites across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. For many corporate roles, Amazon’s stated expectation has shifted to five days per week in-office for office-based employees (with exceptions depending on role and site).

Palpable Score

76.7
/ 100
Amazon is one of the most accessible early-career employers at scale, with recurring internships and graduate hiring across many disciplines and geographies. Amazon also provides unusually clear public information about interview mechanics and publishes pay ranges on a large share of roles, which supports informed decision-making. The biggest drag on outcomes is the combination of high-performance culture signals and recent corporate job cuts, which adds risk for early-career stability depending on team and org.
