We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support the team to meet organizational goals by designing and implementing a best-in-class business management system, conducting advancing data analysis for business insights and recommendations, and operating critical sales and customer related processes or programs to accelerate business growth and optimize customer obsession. This person should have demonstrated ability to thrive and achieve objectives in a highly matrix-oriented environment, creating and supporting productive cross-team working relationships and interacting with high performing team members. The position requires both the ability to implement formal cadence and process controls, as well as the ability to think and react quickly to changing conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or other Data analysis fields. This role reports into the AWS GCR (Great China Region) Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) organization.



Key job responsibilities


· Data Processing: Validate, correct and consolidate raw data; adjust data format… etc. Support data analysis which covers Forecast, Pipeline and Revenue…etc.
· Template and file cleanup / refinement: Refine analysis templates to align with the evolving reporting structure; streamline processes which cover forecast, pipeline, revenue management.
· Cross Team Coordination: Drive regular communication, follow up with Business / Function unit, content / action owners. Update the latest information in our internal communication channels.
· Cadence Support: Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-team meetings, coordinate across teams for management update.
· Written Communication: Create and format clear, well-written narratives


A day in the life


· Manage and ensure the timely execution of business operations and the production of high-quality deliverable
· Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com to manage and optimize sales opportunity
· Assist with daily sales reporting using Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com. Simplify processes and create clear reports or deliver effective data presentation.
· Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other analytical tools to maximize productivity
· Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and use data driven decision making to make recommendations for systems, process, and business improvements
· Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, show excellent judgment, and deliver innovative solutions. Be passionate about high standards and never satisfied with the status quo.

Basic Qualifications

- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading Mandarin and English
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Computer Science, or other data analysis-related fields
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis methods, including Excel, SQL, Pivot Tables, and Tableau
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical skills, data sensitivity, and logical thinking
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on narrative writing
- Proven ability to collaborate and work productively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Are enrolled in a Master's degree or above
