The Team: Investment Management Profiles team is responsible in data collection and maintenance of a comprehensive information tailored specifically for investment firms. The team creates customer value by providing timely, comprehensive, and accurate data used to help build business relationships; enable and identify new sales opportunities and sources of capital; perform focused prospecting and develop targeted mailing campaigns. IM Profiles can also provide access to information on key decision makers who manage investment capital worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- High quality data extraction, collation and analysis for a wide range of Investment companies
- Collection, Standardization, and validation of Profile, Professional, Corporate structure and Funds data from companies’ published reports.
- Maintain profiles by sourcing from company websites, regulatory filings, news, and company contact and web-based research
- Must be proactive, have high motivation and a positive attitude
- Lead/contribute lean and transformation ideas and collaborate on projects
- Foster activities for team engagement and culture building

- S&P Global is looking to hire young fresh graduates and postgraduates, specifically 2025 and 2026 pass-outs, for a 12-month apprenticeship program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fresher- PGDM/MBA specializing in Finance (specifically those graduating in 2025 and 2026)
- Knowledge of corporate finance / accountancy i.e., financial statements and annual reports is preferred
- Willing to work in 24*5 environment on rotational shifts
- Hybrid work environment, requiring apprentices to work from the base location for 3-4 days a week or as per business requirement
- Strong comprehension, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to details with a strong focus on data quality
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Well-versed in internet searching and Microsoft Office applications
- Must be amenable to work during holidays, weekends and overtime when required
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction and maintain focus and motivation while working with routine and repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with SQL or other database technologies
- Knowledge on MS Excel and Macro
