We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst - Global Trade Content to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, interpreting, and documenting global trade and tax regulations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our legal databases and software solutions.
About the Role
In this role as an Analyst - Global Trade Content, you will:
- Research denied party lists, sanctions, and restricted entities across multiple jurisdictions using authorised government websites.
- Monitor and track daily regulatory changes related to denied parties and sanctions programmes; update data as per SLA.
- Extract, interpret, and convert government-issued data into standardised, system-compatible formats (e.g., Excel load files).
- Validate data accuracy by comparing source information with system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation of processes, work instructions, and compliance workflows.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in screening operations.
- Support special projects related to supply chain compliance and global trade visibility.
- Apply technology solutions to meet client compliance needs and enhance screening processes.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Work independently when required, while actively contributing to team objectives.
- Develop expertise in denied party screening regulations, global sanctions programmes, and trade compliance frameworks.
About You
