/ 100
Bloomberg is a strong early-career employer because the company runs large internship intake across multiple departments and backs this with clear student-facing process guidance in technical hiring. Bloomberg also invests in structured training in several early-career pathways and offers standout benefits, but pay-range transparency is inconsistent across roles and outcomes data (conversion rates, retention, time-to-promotion) is not published.
