Your Responsibilities
As a Trainee Business Analyst in the customer area, the selected person will be responsible for the analysis of business and customer data and, together with their manager, will identify business opportunities.
To achieve this, their main functions will be:
- Data analysis to understand customer behavior.
- Monitoring and measuring the success of customer development initiatives .
- Provide support to the Project Owner in identifying opportunities and areas for improvement based on the results of the analyses performed.
- Preparation of documentation and presentations
- Support the unit in the customer development plan.
Your skills and experiences
We expect the person joining the team to have the following skills and experience:
- University education related to Business Administration, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Actuarial Science.
- Preferably experience in the insurance, banking, pharmaceutical, mass sales, online market and other related sectors.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- High proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in Power BI and Python is a plus.
- Commitment to the organization and responsibility.
- Analytical skills, decision-making, and development of new approaches.
- Ability to synthesize and interpret results.
- Learning ability, communication and teamwork skills.
- Planning ability, autonomy, flexibility and orientation towards continuous improvement.
- Proactivity and involvement, customer focus and problem-solving.
Additional Information
- It is required to be able to make a collaboration agreement with the University and/or Business School of a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
- Part-time work from 9 am to 2 pm.
- The work format will initially be in person and, after the training period is completed, it can be adapted to a hybrid model to be determined according to the needs of the team.
