Global Pricing Data – Real-Time (GPD RT) is responsible for validating, analyzing, and monitoring the accuracy of live securities trading data across global markets. The team ensures high-quality content through real-time checks and thorough validation of planned releases, supporting FactSet’s commitment to timely and reliable data. GPD RT plays a key role in upholding FactSet’s reputation for data accuracy, trusted by hundreds of leading financial firms for real-time decision-making.
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring live market data, ensuring timely and accurate updates to our platform. This includes performing real-time data checks, identifying anomalies, and collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering and Content Management to resolve issues. You will also assist in testing workflows, documenting project outcomes, and participating in the quality assurance of new content releases. Your contributions help ensure seamless and accurate data delivery to FactSet clients. You will report to the Team Lead and are expected to work onsite three times a week to support real-time coverage needs.
What You'll Do
- Monitor real-time market data to ensure timely and accurate updates are delivered to both internal teams and external stakeholders, promptly escalating critical issues affecting Real-Time
- Support testing and quality assurance of content releases and escalate issues that require Engineering or Product Development involvement.
- Meet accuracy, timeliness, and productivity targets while staying up to date on process changes and participating in team activities
- Collaborate with Team Lead, Manager and Content management on content projects, documenting findings and providing background analysis
- Uses internal tools to track personal performance, project process, and documentation for workflow improvements
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Management/ Finance / Accounting /Economics or any equivalent courses
- Interest in Global Stock Exchanges, Investing and Equity Trading.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable in dealing and analyzing large datasets
- Strong communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
- An ability to work under pressure to real time data issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer-literate
- Flexible, willing to be assigned in any shift
- Open to working onsite at McKinley West, Taguig City, at least three times per week
Desired Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in database testing and back-end validation, including data integrity checks and regression testing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including hands-on experience with Power Query, macros, and Data manipulation
