Analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, shipment volume, On-Time rate, and inventory levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop, automate, and distribute standardized and ad-hoc performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
Project Management
Serve as the product owner for key reporting tools and data products, defining the product vision and roadmap.
Gather business requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Lead project management for data tool development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and can meet business objectives.
New capability build up
Engage in cross functional projects for new capability, taking ownership of project assignments and drive to successful completion.
Work as centralized excellence team to build up new capability following with company strategy.
Proactively research and evaluate new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies with industry best practice and trends (e.g: AI in supply chain, advanced analytics)
Requirements:
3-5 years on supply chain management or related.
Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel and other advanced tools. SQL is a big plus.
Smart and fast learner, good communication capability and strong team player. Be willing to challenge him/herself.
