Partner with Product Managers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences that support inclusion, internal communications, philanthropy, events, and organizational discovery.
Analyze employee engagement trends, usage patterns, satisfaction scores, and productivity outcomes across our engagement, communications, and directory platforms.
Collaborate with Engineering to assess feature gaps and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and roadmap priorities.
Support user research through interviews, shadowing, and observational studies to uncover workflow challenges, friction points, and opportunities for simplification.
Define and monitor key product metrics and operational KPIs — including adoption, performance, and user-reported issues — to guide continuous improvement.
Contribute to pilot programs, feature experiments, and change rollouts by tracking early adoption, gathering structured feedback, and identifying success indicators.
Coordinate with partners across HR, Internal Communications, and Corporate Philanthropy to ensure change readiness, clear documentation, and effective internal communications for new capabilities and releases.
You’ll Need to Have
3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst, ideally within experience with HCM and employee engagement platforms.
Strong grasp of survey analytics, pulse tools, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Experience applying user behavior analytics and A/B testing to evaluate engagement initiatives.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize telemetry, support data, and user insights into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with content management systems and engagement analytics.
Proven ability to document workflows, user needs, and system dependencies in a clear, structured manner.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.
