Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Preparing initial drafts of letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents.
- Analyzing commercial agreements and creating summaries of key terms.
- Conducting research projects on various legal issues and preparing memos.
- Attending meetings between the Legal department and internal clients.
- Attending calls with outside counsel on legal issues.
- Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
