Provide on-site IT support to Singapore office employees, including senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Deliver responsive, empathetic support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 services, and hardware devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals).
Support user issues in Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other core Microsoft services.
Offer first-line support for iOS/MacBook environments when needed.
Conduct new-employee onboarding sessions in accordance with global processes.
Serve as the primary IT contact for the Singapore office and APAC region, coordinating with employees across time zones and the global IT team.
Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues, drive continuous improvement, and align local practices with global IT standards.
Assist with IT projects, policy enforcement, and other tasks that support business growth.
Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a customer-first mindset.
Knowledge or experience with:
Microsoft Windows system administration
Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure
iOS/MacBook or Linux support (advantage)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with international teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on responsibilities.
Strong customer orientation.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for on-site support, training, or team projects.
