The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will gain experience in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer management.
- You will assess candidates through structured screening and refine criteria in hiring debriefs.
- You will use recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement.
- You will contribute to projects optimising recruitment workflows.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or related fields.
- Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
- Identify tasks and opportunities for contribution without waiting for assignments, manage process flows and tasks to meet timelines.
- An eye for accuracy to details, show ease in speaking with candidates and building relationships.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
- Experience in recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process will be an advantage.
