As a Merchant Operations Intern, you will support product experiments and launches aimed at improving experiences across Grab's merchant platforms. You will help build merchant adoption and operational excellence by coordinating feedback, creating educational materials, and enhancing support content for merchants.
This is a full-time internship role from Jan to June 2026.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will support product experiments and feedback by coordinating with commercial teams on targeted merchants, arranging feedback sessions, and consolidating insights for analysis.
- You will develop and refine educational materials such as onboarding guides, training decks, troubleshooting articles, and best practice resources to help merchants manage their stores and orders.
- You will enhance merchant's self-help experience by improving the Help Centre, resource webpages, and AI chatbot accuracy to deliver a smoother and more accurate support experience.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
- Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can create effective contents.
- Project management skills with good prioritisation capabilities.
- Independent learner who is proactive with process improvements.
- Experience translating data into relevant insights.
