This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
The trainee will support the ESG Reporting Lead with the publication of our annual ESG report, from data collection and analysis to research and stakeholder engagement. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will support the project management and end-to-end publication of Grab's annual ESG report.
- You will track, report, and analyze sustainability efforts to inform public disclosures and updates for the Management and Board of Directors.
- You will prepare compelling presentation materials and reports to facilitate strategic decision-making and align stakeholders across the company.
- You will collaborate closely with our teams in the execution of sustainability projects.
- You will help with administrative tasks, including process documentation, budget tracking, and implementing process improvement initiatives.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Data management and analysis: Collecting, validating, and reconciling ESG data
- Project management: Planning timelines, managing milestones/dependencies, coordinating crossโfunctional contributors, and delivering to deadlines.
- Stakeholder engagement: Effective collaboration with diverse teams; clear requirements gathering, expectation management, and followโthrough.
- Strategic communication: Ability to craft clear narratives, dashboards, and presentations tailored to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.

Technical Skills:
- ESG Reporting Frameworks: Gain a practical understanding of leading global frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) S1 and S2.
- Project Management Fundamentals: Develop skills in project planning, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management essential for delivering a high-stakes annual report.
- Corporate Disclosure: Understand the principles and processes behind corporate public disclosures and their importance for transparency and reputation.
