This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to support the Singapore Merchant Team while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, MexOps, Food, and Payments Business Units. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in daily operations, strategic planning, and project management across various business units.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategic Planning & Business Analysis
- You will assist in market trend analysis, and performance tracking to support data-backed decision-making.
- You will contribute to team strategies, marketing plans, and operational optimizations for key business initiatives.
- You will support the Merchant team in competitive benchmarking, opportunity mapping, and long-term business planning.
- Project Management
- You will support end-to-end project execution by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will support sales pipeline updates and operational workflows to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Data Analytics and Insights
- You will learn SQL basics and apply data-gathering techniques to obtain relevant insights.
- You will contribute to performance tracking and reporting to aid decision-making.
- Administrative and Operational Support
- You will develop organizational skills through tasks such as data entry, business performance preparation, and report generation.
- You will assist the Merchant team in daily operations.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis software, such as Excel, google sheets or SQL.
