Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
You will support the Merchant Operations team, providing hands-on exposure to payment operations. You will learn how internal processes and systems are set up, and ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant payment workflows.
You will work in a collaborative environment that offers practical operational experience and the opportunity to engage with stakeholders from Business, Commercial, Product, Finance, and Legal teams.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in operations management while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will identify and drive process and platform improvements to enhance risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and merchant experience.
- You will investigate and resolve payment-related process or system issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams, implementing sustainable solutions.
- You will develop and execute payment workflows to support business initiative launches.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You are a Fresh Graduate in the field of Business / Accountancy / Business Analytics / Math or other relevant courses.
- You are a curious, hands-on problem solver.
