The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Proactively prospect and pitch to potential merchant leads to onboard them to Grab.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring merchant activation and engagement.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor movements to help shape strategies that address market shifts and evolving merchant needs.
- Develop a understanding of Grab's suite of products and services to support and promote them to merchants.
- Manage daily merchant inquiriesโboth commercial and operationalโto provide a smooth onboarding experience and seamless post-onboarding support.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship:
- Sales: Learn to prospect, pitch, and manage merchant relationships from onboarding through to post-onboarding engagement.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Gain skills in monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategies and merchant solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Operational Support: Develop a understanding of Grab's product ecosystem and learn to handle operational and commercial queries effectively.
