Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
You'll lead and deliver consumer marketing initiatives and driver engagement strategies that deepen brand connection, drive service adoption, and enhance overall user experience. You'll report to the Mobility Marketing Head and collaborate with teams across Business, Operations, and Creative to develop integrated campaigns and communication plans that support our goals.
You will be based on-site at our Grab HQ at one-north.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns targeting both consumers and drivers, aligned with our goals.
- You will create compelling communications and content that build trust, loyalty, and engagement with Grab's mobility services.
- You will collaborate with our teams and external partners to drive user acquisition and strengthen brand perception.
- You will analyze campaign performance, track Return on investment, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies through a test-and-learn approach.
- You will ensure seamless coordination across teams including Creative, Legal, and Compliance to deliver campaigns well.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a closely related field.
