Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
You will support the Singapore GrabMart team and work with internal departments like Marketing and Commercials teams. You will gain practical, hands-on experience in daily operational support, campaign asset management, and the processes for setting up promotions on the platform.
This traineeship exposes you to GrabMart business in a collaborative environment. This traineeship allows you to build foundational skills in Strategy and operations while making a tangible contribution to the growth of GrabMart.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will learn the end-to-end process of managing campaign assets by assisting with the collection, editing, and uploading of creative materials (e.g., banners, product images).
- You will gain experience coordinating with our teams and external merchant partners to ensure all assets are prepared on time for campaign launches.
- You will be trained to maintain a centralised digital library for all campaign materials.
- You will receive training on how to configure and set up promotions and new merchant stores within the Grab platform.
- You will strengthen operational rigor by performing quality assurance checks on operational setups to ensure accuracy, providing administrative support to the GrabMart team, including data entry, menu checks, and preparing reports.
