This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
This role supports the Commercial team and works across advertising sales and acquisition team to drive operational excellence and sales efficiency.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will provide operational and sales support to Client Partners such as reconciliation of billing issues, collating of depository of campaign screenshots, campaign performance reporting.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign launches by liaising with clients and cross-functional stakeholders; deliver ad specifications, submit build requests to Ad Ops, secure approvals on ad previews, resolve credit limit issues, and manage all related launch processes.
- You will monitor delivery and performance using pacing information shared by Ad Ops.
- You will ensure all weekly campaign reports are delivered as well as post-campaign analysis with insights.
- You will be challenged to provide useful insight and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- You will support Account Managers in building narratives for case studies.
- You will facilitate between the client and Grab's teams post-sales, such as under delivery, technical issues, bugs.

What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis
- You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
