What you will be working on
- Install, maintain, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Liaise with customers to qualify equipment and ensure satisfaction during installation.
- Develop and execute action plans to resolve technical issues and communicate solutions clearly.
- Identify and implement improvements to hardware, software, and service processes.
- Prepare detailed service reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special assignments and cross-functional projects as needed.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.

What we are looking for
- Bachelorโs degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant field service engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, final assembly, or testing of semiconductor capital equipment.
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving techniques such as Fish Bone Diagram, Kepner Tregoe, or 8D analysis.

- Experience working in a wafer fab environment.
- Knowledge of closed-loop gas and vacuum control, electro-pneumatic systems or robotics systems
- Basic understanding of software systems and SAP applications.
