Comcast Spectacor is positioned as a leader in live sports and entertainment, and utilizes data-driven strategic analysis to inform the future of the companyโs development. The strategy & analytics team combines industry expertise with research and rigorous financial model development to advise senior executives on key strategic priorities and initiatives. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the development of strategic recommendations โ working across both long-term strategy and with the Business Strategy & Analytics team on near-term strategic operating priorities. This position will be located at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the BSA teamโs Salesforce CRM operations and broader analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and documentation of Salesforce CRM workflows and automations.
- Support data hygiene efforts, including deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment of CRM records.
- Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support marketing, sales, and partnership teams.
- Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and data accuracy.
- Participate in cross-functional BSA initiatives, including venue technology, sales enablement, and reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python to support strategic decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance efforts across multiple projects โ managing across multiple stakeholders over the course of the Spring internship.
- Interest in sports, entertainment, or venue operations is a bonus.
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelorโs degree from a U.S.-based college or university.
- Current junior (graduation in Winter 2026 or beyond).
- Available to work 20 hours/week from January 5th โ March 15th.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Able to report in-person to the Philadelphia office unless otherwise arranged.
