As part of Zurichโs Property and Engineering Claims team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers when unexpected events impact their homes, businesses, or assets. Youโll be responsible for managing and resolving claims relating to property damage and engineering risks, ensuring each claim is handled fairly, efficiently, and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, investigate, and analyze property and engineering claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and fair handling of property claims in accordance with Zurichโs policies and regulatory requirements
- Communicate empathetically with customers and brokers, keeping them informed and guiding them through the claims process.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or disputed claims, supporting resolution and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholdersโincluding customers, brokers, loss adjusters, and legal advisorsโto facilitate smooth claims processes.
- Support and deliver initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement. Champion change initiatives such as automation and process improvement to ensure our claims processes are efficient, effective, and future-ready.

Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in property claims handling, ideally in an insurance environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret policy wordings and technical reports.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering fair outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
