What You Will Be Working On
- Provide dependable administrative support to the local leadership team.
- Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc).
- Manage general office tasks and assist with departmental operations.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership on administrative and operational matters.
- Plan and coordinate site social events (e.g., team-building activities).
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and respond to special requests with creative problem-solving.
- Support a strong safety culture in all activities.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration preferred; equivalent experience and skills also considered.
- Experience in data management and administrative support is preferred.
- Strong PC and software skills; familiarity with SAP and Concur is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good communication skillsโboth English and Korean.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A positive, professional attitude and strong internal customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow quickly, especially for junior candidates.
- General understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.
